Celtic Knot Horse

Funny how inspiration happens...I was at work framing an ink painting. The painting was just some very loose strokes that must have been done with a large brush, and was supposed to be an abstract, but damned if every time I looked at it I didn't see a horse's head. This drawing is based off of the profile of that "horse", but made into knotwork instead, just because it demanded to be treated so. Pushy freaking horses.

This was drawn on black paper, but for some reason the scanner made the black paper look far more like grey, so I touched up the background in GIMP, and did some minor cleaning up that was the result of messing with it.
