Inktober 2016 Day 20 Boo Beads

Inktober day 20.  "Tutorial" is too fancy a word for this, it's more like a sketched out idea.  I made it after I had already tried making the glass bead version, this would have actually helped me since I forgot that Boos have a wisp tail.  This would work for either lampworking or polymer clay.
